Qualifications required are

NSW Meat Inspector Certification, Animal Welfare Officer certification.

Slaughter person

​

Qualifications required are Stun, Stick and Shackle certification, poultry processing experience, animal welfare training.

Boning & Packing

​

Experience in boning and packing is desirable.
